Michele Obama's Thesis

With the Democratic contest between Hillary Clinton and Obama
focusing more and more on race issues, Barack and Michele Obama's attitudes and
beliefs about race are becoming even more important.
The Obama camp believes the incident with Rev Wright and his
anti-white statements are behind them. They are not, at least not behind anyone
except those loyal to Obama. So, we can expect that bit of dirty laundry to be thrown
back at Obama again and again if he is the nominee.
Now we have his wife, Michele, coming under scrutiny because of
a thesis she wrote while at Princeton. To the far right Rovians,
it is another example of the Obama's anti-white, anti-America attitudes.
In our opinion much of the fuss is exaggerated, based on a
skewed reading of her words by a paranoid far right audience. We think the best
thing for an informed citizen to do is to read her words in the original -- not
taken out of context -- and form one's own conclusions.
